Recovering from surgery?  Please note that we recommend at least 6 months post -hysterectomy to join this course.

Part 1 - Introductory Workshop over 2 hours to learn the basics

Part 2 - Held at least 1 month later to advance your knowledge and skills once you have had time to practice and develop your control at home.
