The Pelvic Floor programme is taught in small groups in the studio or 1:1 in the treatment room. Following a short assessment of your needs, you will be taught a range of techniques to help you control your pelvic floor muscles. You will be given an at-home programme to follow which you can refer back to time after time to continue your recovery journey and leak prevention, developing your Pelvic Floor Awareness & Rehabilitation. Pelvic Floor Exercises are recommended by the NHS to anyone suffering Pelvic Floor related health issues, and here you can learn how to do them correctly.
Learn how to Find, Control, Hold & Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. This Female-only course is designed as an introduction to pelvic floor exercises to prevent prolapses, aid in surgery recovery, improve post-natal recovery and help maintain control through menopause and beyond.
